The travel, real estate, and restaurant industry is changing rapidly, driven by technology innovations, evolving consumer tastes, and an increasingly global consumer.  The Neeba Group was founded to support innovation in the industry through supporting and creating new ventures, investing equity in existing high-potential companies, and by providing expert consulting advice and project work for winning companies.   With deep experience, knowledge, and a strong network within the travel, real estate, and tech spaces, we will help take your business and ideas to the next level.  Our three lines of business leverage off of each other to provide some of the most current thinking in the industry.

Mark Morrison

Mark has extensive experience in strategic planning, transformations, cost reductions, growth strategies, capital markets, investor relations, and more.   He has an extensive network in hospitality and real estate, and is known for being on the forfront of industry trends.  

Prior to Neeba Group, Mark led a new division of Expedia to provided new data tools and services and data products for global hotel owners and management companies.  He also led Expedia's hotel soft brand, VIP Access, arguably the largest hotel industries largest softbrand with over 4,500 hotels providing exclusive loyalty benefits to Expedia's loyal bookers.  Before that, he led corporate strategy for Hilton Worldwide, where he worked with the company's leadership and its sponsor, Blackstone, to drive significant improvements, ultimately leading to an IPO.  During this time, Mark led a global restructuring of the company, executed on $10B+ in capital markets transactions, developed the first global strategic plan, evaluated $12B+ in M&A opportunities, and more.  The outcome for Blackstone was the largest PE profit in history.  Previously he worked at Bain & Company as a a consultant.  He has held various financial, strategy, and business roles working for Tishman Realty, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Silicon Valley Bank.  He also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Panama and with Technoserve in Mozambique.
