Mark Morrison
"The Business Guy"
ROLE: An expert in business operations, corporate planning, finance, transformations, and strategy. Industries include travel, travel tech, hotels, real estate, restaurants.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Best known for completing two turnarounds (Hilton and WPG) that were amongst the biggest successes in PE history. He completely revamped Hilton to grow at scale globally, installed a best-in-class annual and long-term planning capability, led the industry to established private loyalty room rates, and dramatically changed its approach to loyalty which drive significant upside to the underwriting. At Expedia, he reimagined the business with several ideas that would lead Expedia into the future, including offering more technology to its business partners and consolidating its brands for the consumers. At WPG, he reinvented the operations of the REIT by upgrading and rationalizing its IT systems, offshoring simple tasks, and upgrading its leasing processes.

Ricardo Anders
"The Data Guy"
ROLE: Expert in data-oriented technology projects and innovations to optimize business performance (includes AI, BI, and data warehousing). Broad range of industries including restaurants, travel, real estate, recruiting, transportation, and more.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Built the early (and still used) hotel data reporting for Smith Travel Research (STR). He also built the initial versions of Expedia Partner Central, and B2B site for Expedia's hotel suppliers. He has since led a variety of projects including building travel booking engines and sites, created real estate intelligence and and internal building mapping tools, freight tracking and intelligence, and scaled employee recruiting solutions. He is currently working on revenue management tools, real estate business intelligence automation tools, and migrating a data warehouse onto a modern platform.

Chuck Scoggins
"The Tech Guy"
ROLE: Enterprise technology infrastructure expert. Knows the various players and vendors in the travel tech space, costs, IT franchise cost structures, and everything front office related. Industries include hotels, franchising, travel distribution, keyless entry, and healthcare.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Chuck is the former Chief Technology Architect for Hilton Worldwide. His former reports are now the CTO's of 4 major travel and real estate companies. He understands just about everything that has to do with the complex IT systems that continue to support the vast accommodation landscape today. He is an innovator in the space, holding a number of patents, and is likely most known for creating Hilton's smart room and keyless entry concepts. Chuck is frequently sought after across the hotel industry, and has also been doing work with major healthcare provider on new healthcare IOT systems for stay-at-home patient monitoring, and has been advising a large freight carrier on various technology innovations. He has supported PE firms in due diligence and portfolio support.
